Delete your account

To delete your account, sign in and open Settings → Delete account. Confirm your current password. This removes your profile, disputes, saved debt information, device tokens, and letters. You will be signed out on every device.

Stored PDF deletion is retried automatically. Backups expire under our retention policy; deletion records are reapplied before restored data is served.

If you cannot sign in, reset your password or contact [email protected]. We must verify account ownership before processing a request. Do not email your SSN or credit report.
